What we collect

• Photos you upload and the artwork we generate.
• Your email address.
• For printed products: name and shipping address (collected by Stripe Checkout).
• Basic technical data (IP address, used for rate limiting and fraud prevention).

How we use it

Only to create your previews and artwork, deliver your files, fulfill print orders, send order emails, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data or use your photos for advertising or to train AI models.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting and storage), fal.ai (AI image generation and photo checks), Stripe (payments; we never see full card numbers), Printful (printing and shipping, physical orders only).

Retention

Uploaded photos, previews and generated files are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. Order records (email, amount, shipping) are kept as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to delete your data sooner. California and other US state residents may request access or deletion. SnapBloom is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Please don't upload photos of people at this time.
